KUHS Admission 2026-27 | Program Details, Admission Process

KUHS admission process will start soon for the academic session 2026. Students have to register online for desired undergraduate, postgraduate or diploma courses. The application form is accessible on the admission portal of the university. The admission process will be held online and students will be admitted on merit basis and entrance examination. Students have to register through the central admission process conducted by CEE, Kerala. Applicants are advised to fill up the application form of the desired program before the last date. About KUHS 

KUHS stands for Kerala University of Health Science. It was founded in 2010, Thrissur, Kerala. It is an affiliating university with 296 colleges affiliated to it. KUHS is a public university that has been approved by the University Grants Commission. Kerala University of Health Science aims at providing systematic teaching,. Learning and research in homeopathy, modern medicine, and Indian medicine. It offers various undergraduate, postgraduate, super specialty, and diploma courses in medicine, dental, ayurveda, nursing, allied science, pharmacy, mphil and more. KUHS has 8 departments which offer 130 courses.

KUHS UG Program Admission 2026

KUHS admission for the undergraduate programs will start soon for the session 2026. Applicants are invited to apply for MBBS, Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS), Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BSMS)/. Including,  Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS),B.Sc Nursing, B Pharm, Bachelor of Cardiovascular Technology (BCVT),BPT. Etc.

All undergraduate courses at KUHS are run for the duration of 5 years and 6 months, along with one year of compulsory internship. Some B.SC courses are offered for 3 years and 6 semesters. 

Students applying for admission must have passed their 10+2 examination with physics, english, biology and chemistry. Applicants must have scored a minimum of 50% mark in the qualifying examination. Admission will be merit based. However, programs like MBBS will require a NEET UG valid score followed by a counseling round.

KUHS PG Program Admission 2026

KUHS admissions will start soon for all postgraduate programs for the academic session 2026. Interested students are welcome to apply for admission to desired programs through online registration. Students can register for MD, MS, MDS, M.PHARM, M.SC, MPT, M.PHIL, MPH, and MCH courses with various specializations. The duration of the postgraduate program is for 2 years and 4 semesters. Admission will be based on merit and scores of NEET PG for various programs. Students need to have a bachelor degree in respective discipline with a minimum 50% mark and completion of 6 month to 1 years compulsory internship. Selection for the M.SC/M.PAHRM program will be through a valid qualifying score of KEAM.

KUHS Super Specialty Admission 2026

KUHS admission process for the super specialty courses will begin soon for the session 2026. Students are invited for online registration to super speciality courses like DM with 29 specializations and M.CH in 16 branches offered by the university. It is a 3-year course divided into six semesters. To get admission to KUHS for super speciality courses, students must have MD degree in relevant specialization for the DM program and MS degree in related discipline for the M.CH program from any recognized university. For this program, students will be selected based on their score obtained in NEET SS entrance examination. 

KUHS Admission Fee Structure 2026

KUHS fee will be different for Government/Aided Colleges for UG/PG Courses, including for Private Self Financing Colleges for Medical/dental/nursing/pharmacy/ Allied Health Science/courses.

• Step 1: Click on the NEW REGISTRATION button.
• Step 2: Enter username, password, phone number and email ID. 
• Step 3: You will receive an email with a login ID and password.
• Step 4: Login with the credentials and start filling the application form. 
• Step 5: Fill up academic details, personal details, and other details.
• Step 6: Upload a photo and a signature, and click on the SAVE AND PROCEED button.
• Step 7: Click on preview and check out for errors.
• Step 8: Next, click on CONTINUE TO PAY and pay the application fee prescribed by the university.
• Step 9: After successful payment, click on the final submit. 
• Step 10: A hard copy of the application form along with the document has to be sent to the university via courier/speed post/by hand before the given date.
