Admission of the student for any program will be merit basis and entrance examination score of CUET UG/PG. Students have to register online to apply for admission. About NCWEB
Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) was founded in 1943. It is a constituent part of the University of Delhi. NCWEB offers educational platforms for female students across 26 centres. There are around 33,000 girls enrolled in the institution. Only female students residing in the National Capital Territory of Delhi can apply to NCWEB. The girl students will attend the classes on Saturday and Sunday and during academic breaks. The university also provides financial aid loan facilities to deserving students. NCWEB also offers low program cost free and all study materials are accessible online on university websites.

NCWEB UG Program Admission 2026
NCWEB admission registration for the undergraduate program will start soon for academic session 2026. Students are invited to apply for bachelor of arts and bachelor of commerce. Students have to score an aggregate mark of 40% in their 10+2 qualifying examination in any subject as prescribed by the university. Students will be charged a first semester fee of INR 8087/-. Students enrolled for BA/BCOM program will be required to complete their course within five years of their first enrollment. Students are advised to maintain their attendance upto 67%. If any student fails to comply with the rule, they will not be given an admission ticket for the examination. There will be a total of 50 classes in a year.
NCWEB PG Program Admission 2026
NCWEB admission process will begin soon for the academic session 2026 for all postgraduate programmes. Admission will be based on Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) and scores obtained in common university entrance tests(PG). Postgraduate program duration is for 2 years and 4 semesters.

Students can apply for the Master of Arts and master of Science in mathematics, MA in Arabic, Bengali, English, Hindi, History, Persian, Political Science, Philosophy, Punjabi, Sanskrit, and Urdu. Seat allocation of NCWEB PG program will be as per the admission branch, University of delhi. For admission to postgraduate programmes at NCWEB, a bachelor degree in related discipline is required with minimum required mark. The student’s first semester fee for MA and M.Sc. program is INR 7130/-.
NCWEB Admission Fee Structure 2026
The non-collegiate women’s education board offers a very moderate fees structure for both its UG and PG courses. University total program fee for BA, B.COM is INR 8087/-. Other than program fees, students are also required to pay University Student Welfare Fund of INR 250/-, development fund of INR 1500/-, Faculty, university, department facility and services charges of INR 3735/-. Postgraduate MA and M.SC program fee for first semester is INR 7130/-. Total examination fee is INR 840/-.

Students are advised to be very mindful while filling up application forms as no students will be allowed to correct any entails after submission. Applicants just use NCWEB Delhi University UG Admissions portal for registration purposes.

- Step 2: students must register with their valid email ID or phone number.
- Step 3: OTP will send register mail and number for verification.
- Step 4: Login with email ID and password.
- Step 5: Apply for the desired program by filing up personal and educational details.
- Step 6: Applicants must check their eligibility and CUTOFF requirements.
- Step 7: Upload all the required documents after scanning them.
- Step 8: Pay registration fee using Credit Card/ Debit card/ Net banking.
- Step 9: After the physical verification of documents, student admission will be completed.

NCWEB Cut-off
Non-collegiate women education board cutoff requirement for each category and affiliated university is uploaded on university website. Cutoff will be based on marks obtained in CUET entrance examination. There will be total 5 cut-off rounds with a special drive for vacant seats after the 1st – 5th cutoff round and special cut-offs. A special cutoff round will be conducted only if there are vacant seats available.
