Shivaji University admission window has not opened yet for all programs for the current academic session 2026. Students are invited to apply for undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma courses. Admission will be merit-based and scores of entrance examinations like CUET. Students have to register themselves online and pay an application fee of INR 600/-. Shivaji University was founded in 1962. It is a constituent college of the University of Delhi. University is spread over three districts: Kolhapur, Sangli and Satara. The university is located in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. It has 300000+ students enrolled in various postgraduate programs offered in 280 affiliated colleges. University has 10 faculties in arts, science, commerce, education, social science, law, medicine, fine arts, engineering and technology, and Ayurveda. Shivaji University admission process for all undergraduate programs will begin soon for the session 2026. Registration is open for programs such as B.A. Sport, B.A. Film Making, bachelor of commerce (Banking & Finance), B.Tech, Bachelor of Business Administration. (Science), B.Lib.Sc, BAJMC. Bachelor’s degrees are offered for 3 years and 6 semesters. However, bachelor’s degrees with honours courses are available for 4 years and 8 semesters,as per NEP 2020. 

Admission will be based on scores obtained in CUET UG examination. There is no minimum age bar for admission to UG programs. To be eligible for admission students need to pass class 12th examination or equivalent from a single recognized board. Shivaji university courses fee ranges between INR 9836/- INR 32836/-.

Shivaji University PG Admission 2026

Shivaji University admission for the postgraduate program will start soon for the academic year 2026.  University offers a 2 year master degree program divided into 4 semesters. Students can apply to program such as MBA, MCA, M.COM, MA, LLM, M.ED, MAJMC, Master of Library Science Library and Information Science, Master of Performing Arts, M.SC, M.TECH, master of social work, M.Phil. 

To be eligible for postgraduate program admission, students must have a bachelor degree with a minimum 50% mark in a relative field from any university recognized by Shivaji University. Applicants are required to appear for CUET PG/ entrance examination conducted by the university. Students opting for the M.Tech program will be required to produce a GATE valid score. Shivaji university charges PG course fee between INR 4786/-INR 68986/-.
