Magadh University UG Admissions 2026-27

Magadh University admission registration will start soon for the academic session 2026 for UG Programmes. It offers various courses under UG Programmes such as Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), B.Ed, etc. Admissions are based on merit but there is a required Entrance exam for B.Ed programme.  UG Programmes are 3-year Bachelor’s degree programmes, which is divided into 6 semesters at Magadh University.

Magadh University PG Admissions 2026-27

Magadh University admission process for the postgraduate program will begin soon for the academic session 2026. University offers various courses through its Postgraduate Department, such as M.A., M.Sc., M.Ed., M.Com, and so on with multiple specializations. Admissions are based on the university-level Entrance exam for most programmes and CAT/MAT Entrance test for MBA. 

PG Programmes’ course duration is 2 years at Magadh University and it is divided into 4 semesters. All those who are interested and applying here must fulfill Eligibility requirements as mentioned in the University’s guidelines. There is a registration and application fee mandatory to pay at the time of application form submission, which will not be refunded later. Magadh University PhD Program Admission 2026-27

Magadh University admission process will begin soon for Ph.D (Doctor of Philosophy) Programmes for the academic session 2026. It offers a Ph.D in multiple fields of study. Admissions for Ph.D are entrance-based (PAT) that will be taken by the University. Candidates who appeared for UGC NET/CSIR NET, SLET/GATE, Fellowship holders and M.Phil. A graduate will be exempted from any other kind of entrance test. 

Shortlisted students will be called for another round, that is ‘Interview Round’. The University will announce names of selected candidates. Eligibility Criteria For Magadh University Admission 2026-27

To apply for admission in Magadh University, all candidates are required to fulfill the following eligibility criteria as mentioned in the University’s admission guidelines:

• Undergraduate Programmes: Students must be 10th and 12th class pass out from recognised board of education or its equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate marks. 
• Postgraduate Programmes: Students should hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized University board with minimum 50% marks or its equivalent grade.
• Ph.D Programme: Students must have Master’s degree/M.Phil with minimum passing marks to be 50% or its equivalent grade from recognised board of University.
• Eligibility for M.Ed. and B.Ed. programme: Students should hold Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% minimum marks.
