RDVV Admission 2026-27 | Program, Eligibility, Admission Process

RDVV admission process will start soon for the academic session 2026-27. It offers UG programmes, PG Programmes, and other Ph.D programmes with approval from the University Grant Commission (UGC). Eligibility Criteria for UG programme is 10+2 marksheet and eligibility criteria for PG programme is a Bachelor’s degree. It must be fulfilled in order to apply for admission in RDVV University. Students can apply through its official website by paying mandatory registration fee of INR 500, while submitting registration form. Fees at RDVV University depends on course level and ranges between approx INR 20,000 to INR 40,000 per year.

Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalay (RDVV) is a State University, which established in 1956 under Jabalpur University Act. It is located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. University offers various courses with different faculties like Science, Arts, Social Science, Commerce, Law, etc. RDVV University is approved by UGC and is awarded ‘A’ grade through NAAC. RDVV University UG Admissions 2026-27

RDVV admission registration process for the undegraduate program will start soon for the academic year 2026-27. Admissions for UG Programmes at the University is based on an entrance exam conducted by the University. UG Programmes are of duration of 3 years, divided into six semesters. Multiples UG Programmes are offered by RDVV University including Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma), B.B.A, etc. Students have to fulfill eligibility criteria as directed by University and should apply at official website.

The final list of selected students will be prepared by adding student’s entrance test marks and marks they obtained in their last qualifying examination. Programmes which are not entrance based are, B.Sc., B.A., B.Com, and B.LIS courses as they are on merit basis only. 

RDVV University PG Admissions 2026-27

RDVV admission will start soon for the academic session 2026-27. All programme offers with different specializations. PG Admissions are both entrance test-based and merit-based. Students who have given entrance test will be selected by adding marks from both, their entrance result and the result of last qualifying examination.

For B.Ed. and M.P.Ed. Programmes, University has another admission round after test which is Counselling round. After assessing their performance, University release names of selected students. Postgraduate Programmes are of  2-year course duration and is divided into 4 semesters. Courses offered under PG are M.A, M.Sc, M.Com, M.P.Ed, Ll.M, M.Lib.I.Sc., MCA, etc.

RDVV University PhD Admissions 2026-27

RDVV University also offers admission in Ph.D courses with multiple specializations through an entrance exam conducted by the University. RDVV admission for the PhD program will begin soon. A Ph.D degree is offered in 10 different fields of study. The university conducts the Doctoral Entrance Test (DET) conducted separately for each subject. Students who have qualified UGC CSIR (JRF), NET, GATE examination and Teacher Fellowship holders shall be exempted from the entrance test.

Ph.D degrees are highest level degree and its duration generally courses between 3 to 5 years. Those who are eligible can apply through RDVV’s official website. Students are required to pay registration fee at the time of submitting their application. Registration fee is INR 1,000 for Ph.D programmes and is non-refundable.

RDVV Admission Eligibility Criteria 2026-27

It is important to fulfill eligibility criteria if any student want to apply in RDVV University. Without fulfilled eligibility, University will not proceed further with application form. Students from reserved category gets relaxation in required marks.

• UG Programmes: Students shall have passed 10+2 with 50% minimum marks from certified board of education. Some courses requires marksheet in a specific discipline.
• PG Programmes: Students shall hold a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from recognised University board. They must have minimum 50% or its aggregate marks in their result.
• Ph.D Degrees: Students shall have a Master’s degree in related discipline with 55% as minimum passing marks or its aggregate from recognised University board. 

All students are required to pass entrance exam as well according to the discipline they want admission in.

• Step 1: Go to official website of RDVV University, www.rdunijbpin.org/, and click on ‘apply now’.
• Step 2: Register yourself on admission portal as New User then login again with credentials you received on registered mail and SMS.
• Step 3: Choose your preferred course. Access registration/application form and start filling it with academic and personal detailed as required by University.
• Step 4: Now upload on website, all relevant documents in scanned format.
• Step 5: Pay all applicable fees and submit your registration form. Those who have to take entrance test of the University have to then appear for test.
