BBAU Admission Eligibility Criteria 2026

BBAU’s procedure of selecting students for the different courses offered is totally entrance-based. Candidates have to read the information bulletin released by NTA. First, you need to pass the eligibility test then you will proceed for the next step which is the National Entrance test. Candidates can apply for CUET. For UG Course 

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent courses from a recognized board, for example, CBSE, ICSE, etc. 
• If you have to get a specific degree in honours, you must have that as the main subject in your board. 
• If someone belongs to the reserve category, there is a relation in fees and application fees as well as in the minimum percentage required to be qualified. 

For PG Courses 

• Candidates must hold a graduation degree with a minimum 50% marks from a recognised university.
• There is 5% relaxation for those who are from the reserved category. Means for SC/ST/Pwd minimums require marks is 45%. 
• Your graduation should be in a specialized subject if you are opting for a master in any honours.
• Please make sure you go through your required course guidelines and ensure safe opting and delivery of certifications.

• MA – It is a two-year course having 4 semesters in it. Tuition fees for this course is approx Rs. 1500 per semester, which can vary depending on specialization. 
• M.Ed– For this two-year program, the course fee is approximately Rs. 15000 per semester.
• M.Sc. Food Science and Technology- It requires a total of Rs. 25000 per semester and is of 2 years. 
• MCA– This computer application requires Rs. 3000 per semester. 
• LLM- This language model program is of one year duration. You have to pay Rs. 55000 per semester 

Even paid seats are offered to some PG programs. Getting admission in a paid seat is strictly as per the university rules.  Now, moving towards additional fees apart from tuition charges. These includes: 

• Admission fees (Once at the time of admission) – Rs. 1000
• Enrollment Fee (Chargeable once, during admission) – Rs. 200
• Medical Examination (Per semester) – Rs. 100

The Admission Process for BBAU courses is quite similar to other universities. All you need to do is qualify the entrance exam and by initiating the enrollment process.   Step 7. An applicant  can make payment through modes provided like UPI, Net Banking Debit/Credit card/Wallet. 
• Step 8. Wait for results, which will be declared in the normalised score. Before that, register yourself on the official website of the University.  
• Step 9. University will release its cutoff marks and if you will be selected in merit list. They will call you to bring or upload your documents for verification.
  Step 10. After verification is done, you will get into the life of that university.
