Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU) was established 1966 and located in Kanpur. • Undergraduate Courses- University provides multiple undergraduate programmes with specializations in Computer application, business administration, chemical engineering. Technology and many more. Students can build their career with these highly developed courses offered by university experts. UG programs such as BTech, BCA, BCOM, BBA, BSW are highly demanded courses in CSJMU with minimum fee structure. Undergraduate courses take minimum of 4 years and maximum 5 years to complete. Candidates who have passed their higher education with minimum aggregate marks to be eligible for these courses. 
• Postgraduate Courses- Candidates can apply for 2-postgraduate programs offered by CSJMU with several specializations in Finance,Technology, Business administration and many more. Master degree is  highest qualification degree in education, students can pursue after completing bachelor degree from any recognized university. It takes minimum of two years to complete, split into four semesters. University extends two years more for those candidates who are not eligible to complete their program within 2 years. Programmes are MBA, MSc, MCom, MCA, Mtech, MCom in Finance, and MA in various subjects.

CSJMU Admission 2026-27 For UG Program

The CSJMU admission will start soon for the bachelor’s degree program for the 2026 academic year. Before applying for the courses mandatory to fulfill the eligibility criteria, Students who have qualified in JEE (Main)  and passed 10+2 qualifying examination from any recognized board (UP board, CBSE, etc.)  with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry can apply through the registration portal and appear for Online Counselling. For reserved category students, have 5% relaxation in aggregate marks. The admission procedure is fully online, with no need to visit the university campus. CSJMU admission registration fee is Rs 1500/-, which is payable only once.

CSJMU Admission 2026-27 For PG Program

The CSJMU admission registration process for postgraduate programmes (Mtech, MSc, MBA, MA) will start soon. The eligibility criteria for admission are that Candidates should have completed graduation from any recognized university. CSJMU admission registration process fee is Rs 1200/-. Candidates who have appeared at the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply. Admission shall be provisional and shall be considered regular only on their being declared successful in the qualifying examinations with 50% aggregate marks, for which the candidate has to submit proof of their being successful in the form of a marksheet or certificate duly authenticated. Reserved category candidates get admission at 45% aggregate marks.

CSJMU Admission Fee Structure

At CSJMU, the programme fee structure is moderate and affordable as compared to other regular universities. Economically weaker students can easily pursue a program with a minimum fee structure. A concession in the program fee is also available for reserved category students. They have 10% relaxation in total program fee.

CSJMU Admission Process 2026-27

The admission procedure is fully online. Read the admission prospectus before applying online. Bring all required documents. Follow the instructions given below for the admission procedure on the CSJMU official website. 

• Step 1. Registration- Search for the official CSJMU page. Click on new registration link and register there with valid details such as applicant’s Name, Father Name, Aadhar numbers, mobile number and  Email Id. 
• Step 2. Login on the admission page- After successful registration university will be sent a login id such as   username and password for login on students portal. 
• Step 3. Fill Application form- Fill valid information such as Name, Address, phone number, qualification documents in the application form. 
• Step 4. Documents Upload- Qualification documents such as intermediate marksheet, 10+2 marksheet, Aadhar card etc. upload in application form carefully. (Scanned documents). 
• Step 5. Payments- Pay application fee Rs 1500/- and course fee through online payment methods (UPI,debit card, credit card etc.) 
• Step 6. Confirmation and verification- complete your application procedure with fee and confirm admission procedure. Fee receipt and Acknowledgement Receipt download.
