Choudhary Ranbir Singh University was established on July 24, 2014. Recognised and accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC A+) and All India Council for Technical Education, UGC. Choudhary Ranbir Singh University Programmes Details

CRSU department or faculty offers multiple undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programs. Applicants have wide range of options to choose UG and PG courses with specializations in business administration, artificial intelligence, finance and many more. 

• Undergraduate Programmes- It offers four-year undergraduate courses such as Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education in Diploma in Elementary Education. It takes minimum of four years to complete. Program curriculum is not based on choice based credit system. University conduct term end examinations once in a year. Students who are interested in becoming teachers can pursue these UG courses with minimum fee structure. Eligibility criteria based on merit of candidate and entrance examination conducted  by university. 
• Postgraduate Programmes- Applicants who want to continue their higher studies after completion of bachelor degree can pursue postgraduate degree course at CRSU. Postgraduate degrees such as Master in Education, Master in Arts, Master in Commerce, Master of Computer Applications and many more. Duration of program is two years split into four semesters, courses curriculum framed as per CBCS (choice based credit system). 

CRSU Undergraduate Admission 2026-27

CRSU admission for undergraduate courses like BSc. Bcom. BBA., BCA etc. will start soon for January 2926 academic session. Individuals have the opportunity to take admission online on official website of CRSU. If any who are interested to pursue UG courses compulsory to fulfill eligibility criteria, they have to pass senior secondary examination (12th) from any recognized board. Higher education passed with 50% minimum aggregate marks from any faculty (science, Commerce, Arts). It provides relaxation in aggregate marks for other category applicants. They have opportunity to take admission at 45% marks obtained in board examinations. Apply online with required documents. Online application fee for the course  Rs 500/-.

CRSU Postgraduate Admission 2026-27 

CRSU admission processes will start soon for new academic session 2026. Applicants who have completed their bachelor degree from any recognized university can apply for masters degree in several specializations. Admission procedure is fully online, applicants can fill their application form at their own pace and comfortability. Before filling of application form fulfill the eligibility criteria for PG courses. Minimum qualification required for postgraduate program is students need to pass UG degree from any recognised university. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required for admission and reserved category students can register at 45% aggregate score.

CRSU Admission Fee Structure

It offers an affordable fee structure for UG and PG courses as compared to other regular universities. Students who belong to low poverty and are not financially very stable can pursue higher education with minimum fee structure offered by Choudhary Ranbir Singh University. Programmes fee ranges between INR 25,000/- to INR 56,000/- for the entire degree courses.

• Processing Fee- Rs 500/- to Rs 1500/-
• Library Fee- Rs 250/- to Rs 300/–

CRSU Admission Process 2026-27

The CRSU admission registration portal has not opened yet for the January 2026-27 academic year for all UG, PG, and Diploma courses. Admission criteria are fully online. Read the prospectus carefully and apply for UG or PG courses. At the admission time some valid documents need to be uploaded in the application form. Bring all the valid documents. Application fee and program fee to be submitted online. 

Follow the steps given below- 

• Step 1. Visit the CRSU University official website portal. Click on New-Registration Link, fill required details such as  Name, Aadhar number, father’s email id and mobile number of applicants . 
• Step 2. Make your ‘login Id’ with the help of contact number and email address. After successful creating of login id , CRSU provides “username and password” via email address or SMS on RMN ( Register Mobile Numbers)  
• Step 3. Login on the portal and fill the ‘application form’ carefully with documents. Upload required documents such as Marksheet, Aadhar Card, Photo etc. (it should be Scanned) 
• Step 4. Confirm your application procedure , admission department will verify “uploaded documents” and information. After documents verification, payment link opens, pay registration fee INR 300/-  and course fee with the help of “online payment link”  (Debit Card,Credit Card, UPI). 
• Step 5 Payments successfully done, download the admission fee receipt and acknowledgement slip provided by university. 
• Step 6. Keep your login Id (username and password ) safe. It will help you for further processes related to examination notifications.

During admission procedure some important documents of applicants need to be uploaded in online application form. All uploaded qualification and personal documents should be Scanned from original documents .

CRSU organizes a Training and Placement Cell strives to provide all possible and necessary support for students in their employability like Entrepreneurship, Job Search in multinational companies Corporate Sector, etc. The University is providing sufficient funding to the Cell to all eligible graduates who have enough knowledge in specific field . The benefits of this placement cell are reflected in the preparation of applicants to be able to secure high-income and prestigious positions in top companies such as IBM, Flipkart, Amazon and many more.

Training and placement services operate year-round to facilitate contact with companies, NGOs, and Government funding agencies for entrepreneurship.
